# AI Studio

AI Studio has two product areas: **Agent** and **Data**. Use **Agent** to work with conversations, agents, skills, tools, knowledge bases, runtime environments, and automation. Use **Data** to connect, process, organize, and monitor data in the current workspace.

## Before you begin

- Sign in to the correct CloudSigma account and select the target workspace.
- Confirm that your workspace role allows the operation you want to perform.
- Prepare credentials and network access before connecting an external system.

## Agent

Open **Agent** from the product header. The Agent area provides these entries:

| Entry | Use it for |
| --- | --- |
| **New conversation** | Ask an agent to complete a task and review its results |
| **Agent** | Browse **Agent Square**, view **My Agents**, and create or manage agents |
| **Resource Center** | Manage the **Skill Library**, **Tool Library**, and **Knowledge Base** |
| **Automation** | Create tasks triggered by a schedule, API invocation, or event callback |

## Data

Open **Data** from the product header. The Data area is organized around the following tasks:

| Data Connection | **Connectors**, **Import Tasks**, and **Export Tasks** |
| Data Processing | **Workflow**, **SQL Editor**, and **Dashboard** |
| Resource Center | **Catalog**, **Model Resources**, **Compute Resources**, **Data Sharing**, and **Knowledge Base** |
| Monitoring | **SQL History**, **Jobs**, and **Operation Logs** |
| User & Permission | Workspace users, roles, and permissions |
