Account & Billing

CloudSigma uses Credit as its unified billing unit. AI Studio and OmniFabric consume Credit from the same CloudSigma account balance.

Use Billing Center to review the available balance, understand where Credit is being consumed, trace balance changes, and add Credit when required.

Billing records

Billing Center presents several types of records. Each answers a different question:

Record	Use it to answer
Cost overview	How much Credit remains, and how is consumption changing?
Usage details	Which product, workspace, instance, or billable item consumed Credit?
Transaction details	Why did the account balance change?
Monthly bills	How much Credit was consumed during a billing period?

Usage records explain why Credit was consumed. Transaction records explain why the account balance changed. Do not treat them as the same record.

Recommended path

1. Read Credits and billable items to understand the billing fields.

2. Use View costs and usage to review the balance and trace consumption.

3. Use Top up Credits when the account needs additional Credit.

4. Review Bills and invoices for billing-period summaries and any documents available to the account.

5. Read OmniFabric billing when investigating a database instance cost.
